Rudy Tanzi is the best. One of the world's leaders in the fight to find a cure for Alzheimer's. He is my favorite and I believe in Rudy. Please help.

Alzheimer's Reading Room
I received this email from Rudy yesterday.
I am sending you some information on our new “Remember Me” campaign for Alzheimer’s awareness and fundraising using a new song that I co-wrote with Chris Mann .
We hope the song and video will launch a major public awareness and fundraising campaign for Alzheimer’s disease research.
“Remember Me” is sung by Chris Mann from the perspective of an Alzheimer's patient. The song is a poignant and heartbreaking plea
from the patient who is asking to be remembered and to remind loved ones and friends that s/he is still there.
The video features a single ballet dancer in a white room morphing from elderly patient gradually to young woman while dancing to the song. It’s beautiful and compelling!
Here is a link to the iTunes site where the song can be purchased to support Cure Alzheimer's Fund:

A personal note from Bob DeMarco.
The number one place to go to for donating to Alzheimer's Research is the Cure Alzheimer's Fund. 100 percent of your donation goes directly into Alzheimer's research.
Rudy went on to say,
We believe with a strong enough launch, we can raise a lot of funding for Alzheimer’s disease. It would be great if you could let your followers know about this on the site.See the video and description below.

Singer and Neuroscientist Team Up Write Powerful Alzheimer's Song
The Voice Breakout Star Chris Mann Teams with Alzheimer's Researcher Dr. Rudy Tanzi
Say and Sing #RememberMe
NBC’s The Voice finalist, Chris Mann, is releasing a new anthem and music video for families dealing with Alzheimer’s hoping the song and the social media campaign around its launch will put greater national focus on this devastating disease and spark fundraising to find a cure.
The song Remember Me, co-written by Mann, world-renowned neuroscientist and Alzheimer’s researcher, Dr. Rudy Tanzi and Mann’s wife, Laura, is being released on January 20 with portions of proceeds going into medical research at the non-profit organization, Cure Alzheimer’s Fund (CAF). Unlike most medical research organizations, 100% of CAF’s donation funds go directly to research.
“As our nation ages, we are facing an Alzheimer’s epidemic and we need significant investment into researching a cure,” said CAF President Tim Armour. “In fact, Alzheimer’s is the only leading cause of death that can’t be prevented, cured or slowed. If we don’t act now, it will be financially and emotionally devastating for future generations.”
Mann and Tanzi’s inspiration to write the song, Remember Me, came after meeting at a television studio where they connected on many levels including songwriting, Tanzi’s stand-in performances with Aerosmith and Mann’s family history with Alzheimer’s.
The song is written from the perspective of someone with Alzheimer’s who pleads to be remembered when they can’t remember themselves. It is unlike any other song Mann has ever performed. “I’ve had strong responses to songs before,” Mann said, “but nothing ever like this. This song is special and it’s speaking to people. When I sing Remember Me there isn’t a dry eye in the room. It’s powerful. It makes people want to unite and find a cure.”
The provocative music video premiers on Jan. 21 on Yahoo! Music and releases on YouTube and Facebook Thurs., Jan 22. The video, directed by Laura Mann, features a single dancer aged with prosthetic makeup and stricken with Alzheimer's who dances away both the age and disease throughout the course of the song. It's a beautiful representation of the struggle Alzheimer's patients face as well as a reminder we must Remember them when they can't remember themselves.
Campaign #RememberMe asks anyone whose lives have been touched by Alzheimer’s disease to share the video online, post pictures holding #RememberMe signs with loved one’s names and to buy the song. Numerous celebrities, physicians and taste-makers are confirmed to participate in the campaign.
